School Drop Off Time
Students may begin arriving to school at 8:15 AM to line up in the gym. Please do not drop off your student prior to this time, as there is no supervision available.
Early Pick Up or Appointments
If you are picking up your child during the school day, please notify the office ahead of time so we can locate your child and have them ready. A note to the teacher and office is especially helpful. (Notes should not be on sticky notes or tiny scraps of paper, as these are easily lost. Please make sure to include the date.) If at all possible, please schedule appointments outside of the school day. Unless medically urgent, we ask that parents not check out their students after 2:35 PM, as this is a very busy time in the office and classrooms.
Conference Week & Book Fair
Conference Week and Book Fair is Tuesday, Oct. 23-Friday, Oct. 27. Students will be dismissed at 11:35 AM on these days. (Monday, Oct. 22 is a full day of school.) Conference Week is a great time to visit the Book Fair in the Pioneer library! Book Fair hours are 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
Lost & Found
The Lost & Found is full of great items that need to be reunited with their owners! Please take the opportunity to look through it during Conference Week. Also, don't forget to label your child's coats, lunchboxes, etc!
Holiday Wreath Sale
Cispus holiday wreaths are on sale now! Purchase a wreath by November 2nd to support overnight outdoor education (Cispus) for 5th graders. Order forms are available in the Pioneer office, and 5th grade students are also selling the wreaths. Wreaths will be delivered to school the week of Monday, November 19th.

The Pioneer PTA has a new and improved website! Visit it to learn about PTA membership, events and fundraising. The PTA website will also have an online school directory.
