Vision & Hearing Screening - Volunteers Needed!
We are looking for volunteers for the annual Lions Club Vision & Hearing Screening on Wednesday, Dec. 12 from 8:40-11:40. If you are interested, please call the Pioneer office at (360) 596-6500. Any help is appreciated!

Thank you to the Lions Club for providing this service!

Canned Food Drive
Pioneer is partnering with Olympia High School for its annual Canned Food Drive from Nov. 26 - Dec. 7.. Please send in non-perishable food items to help out families in need. Thank you for your generosity!

Dress for the Weather
Please make sure that your students are dressed appropriately for wet, cold weather. Also, make sure that coats, hats, and gloves are labeled with your student's name. This helps us to reunite lost items with their owners.

Health Room Needs
The health room is in need of clothing -- especially boys' sweatpants and shorts in small sizes (6-7). Also, if your student comes home in clothing borrowed from the health room, please wash and return those items. Thank you!

Tardies
There are many students coming in tardy each morning. School starts at 8:30 AM, and students can arrive at 8:15 AM. Tardy students miss out on important activities and information, and they are a distraction to the entire class when they arrive late. Please work with your student to have them to school on time, ready to learn.
